Sandshot Sofware Database Upgrade Utility

This utility upgrades the StoreFront database to use the various Sandshot Software add-ons listed below.

General Information

Instructions for use:

  1. This file must be located in your active Storefront web
  2. You must be running this file from your web browser
  3. You must not have the StoreFront databas open (Access only)
  4. Select the desired options
  5. Accept the user agreement
  6. Press the Upgrade Database button
  7. You may need to repeat for items which return the Upgrade to latest options

  • You can either add a field to an existing table or create a new one
  • If you add a new table your first field MUST be the autonumber/increment
  • Make sure you check the Install checkbox for the custom upgrade

Import Tax Information from a database

To import tax rate information from an external database fill in the information below. The form is prefilled with the default database table structure. The imported database can be of different structure, but you need to fill in the appropriate table and field names. If the imported database does not contain all of the fields, just leave the corresponding field name blank. You should locate the database in the fpdb folder and only enter the actual name of the datatabase to be imported.
